Well, my computer apparently ate my update from last week. Womp womp womp. I know I had promised an update on the “why” behind my return to running and all that jazz. What I meant to share last Tuesday was that I broke my runstreak and didn’t write the update because I got a dog! So I guess I will be rewriting that post and introducing you all to Bruce here very soon! Without further ado, lets take a look at how much running I did(n’t) do this past week!

this was supposed to be my long-ish run day, but instead I got a really awful Charlie Horse Friday night that kept my calf in pain for the entire day and through Saturday night
one mile with the stroller and the dog!
Not a great week as far as the total mileage, but this has been a doozy of a week for me so I am actually pretty proud of the days I did get out there. Of course I want to improve on this, but it’s better than not running at all
