I have been struggling lately. To be honest I think I have said that in just about every post I have written this year. But it has just been a year where one thing gets resolved only to have another complication pop up and take all my energy. Fingers crossed I am finally getting my life back in order…at least for a day or two lol.
One thing I have noticed is that when I am stressed out or under a lot of pressure, I tend to avoid running because it’s just one more thing to add to my already hectic life. But when I remind myself to take the time to get out and exercise I feel so so so much better. Are you the same?
So. I am really excited that BibRave is hosting a runstreak challenge on Strava this month! The concept is easy enough, run or walk at least a mile a day, every day for the month of May. Runstreaks are usually not my thing because my body doesn’t do all that well running every single day. But with the added option to walk makes this a perfect fit for me!
This should be just the motivation I need to get off my butt and get out for a run or walk every day! Oh and share about it too. Because I have been pretty awful at posting about my runs lately. Oops. They’ve been happening. But I haven’t shared. Big fail.
If you want to join the BibRave run streak, join the club on Strava then run or walk at least a mile every day! Track your runs/walks and link them to Strava…and be sure to include “BibRave Run Streak” in your Strava post so we can cheer you on!
